Baku Residence includes several types of apartments in different dimentions. The require of ‘‘Double Height Living’’ areas took important part in the design process. The contemporary modern structure carried the traces of the land but at the same time the iconic building use all opportunities of state of the art, avoiding a simple mimicry of local and cultural figures.
