Barzan villa is a large, detached structure with spacious land surrounding it. It is very luxurious and includes variety of amenities such as a pool, stables and gardens. This Villa is a home to a single family, in contrast to condos and townhomes that are designed to house multiple families in Erbil, Iraq. The design process came out with surrounding structures and also client’s need. It was quite challanging for our team to design such an old-new architectural style.
