KTC project that is developed by our team, consist of 3 office towers and 3 floors of Podiums, also commercials on the ground level. These concept drawing includes 73.000 sqm area in average and 25.000 sqm underground parking area which is approximately 98.000 sgm in total. KTC mixed-used project was taken very seriously in design process which contributed us to analyse the context and texture around that created buildings facede itself. The architectural projects and all other engineering disciplines became one hand in this project.
